before-and-after-pictures: A new progress picture! My last one was from 30 pounds lost and now I have hit 40 pounds lost! My last big milestone before I reach my goal weight in 14 pounds. I started out in March weighing 194 and today I weighed in at 153.8. My highest weight is from January where I was pushing 220. I follow paleo zone eating and it focuses on NUTRITION rather than calories. I feel great and have energy and to top it all off, I am burning fat, not quick carbs. I am so excited with my progress and would love to help anyone who has any questions.
